Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:
- Contact details such as your name, email address, phone number and company.
- Enquiry, consultation-booking, partnership-application, resource-request and newsletter-subscription information, including project requirements, proposed commercial models, market or customer context, requested resources, communication preferences, meeting times, timelines and budget ranges you choose to provide.
- Website attribution information such as the referring page, campaign parameters and page used to submit an enquiry.
- Where optional analytics is accepted, random visitor and session identifiers, page paths, interaction events, device category, browser and operating-system category. Our first-party analytics table does not store visitor IP addresses.
- Technical and security information needed to operate, protect and diagnose the website.
- Business information provided during discovery, contracting, implementation, support or account administration.
Please do not submit special personal information, passwords, payment credentials or confidential production data through the general enquiry form.

We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information and the systems involved. No internet transmission or storage environment can be guaranteed as completely secure.

Subject to applicable law, you may ask us to confirm whether we hold your personal information, request access, request correction or deletion, object to certain processing, withdraw consent where processing relies on consent, unsubscribe from marketing communication, or complain about how information has been handled.
We may need to verify your identity and may retain information where a legal or contractual basis requires it. You may also lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator (South Africa).
