1. What these technologies are
Cookies and local storage are small browser-based technologies used to remember settings, protect forms, maintain sessions and, where permitted, understand website usage.
2. Essential technologies
Essential storage may be used for security, session handling, form protection, cookie preferences and core website functionality. These functions cannot always be disabled through our banner because the website may not work correctly without them.
3. Optional analytics
When you accept optional analytics, NeptuneWare may use privacy-conscious first-party measurement stored in its own website database, together with configured tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Microsoft Clarity or Meta Pixel. First-party records may include a random browser identifier, a session identifier, page path, campaign parameters, device category and interaction type. We do not store the visitor IP address in the first-party analytics table. The exact tools active at a given time depend on the website configuration.
4. Campaign attribution
When you arrive through a campaign link and submit an enquiry, consultation booking, partnership application, resource request or newsletter subscription, the relevant form may record campaign parameters, the referring page and the page used to submit it. This helps us understand which business communications generated the enquiry.
5. Managing your choice
You can accept or reject optional analytics through the website banner. You can reopen the preference control from the footer. Clearing browser storage may reset your choice. Your browser may also allow you to block or delete cookies, although this can affect website functionality.
6. More information
