The challenge

Growing businesses often move between spreadsheets, disconnected accounting tools, informal sales follow-ups and manual operational handovers. The platform needed to bring these activities together without losing role controls, tenant separation or the ability to expand in structured milestones.

The solution

NeptuneWare designed a multi-tenant Laravel platform with customer and contact management, deals, quotations, sales orders, invoicing, payments, statements, inventory, procurement, reporting, imports, permissions and a mobile API foundation. Delivery is organised into reviewable packs so each operating flow can be tested and refined before the next layer is added.

The result is a growing product ecosystem that connects commercial and operational work in one workspace while preserving clear permissions, auditable records and a roadmap for mobile and ecommerce integration.
